General Terms and Conditions – China Scooter Parts

Article 1 - Applicability

1.0 These general terms and conditions apply to all products offered on the China Scooter Onderdelen website.

1.1 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing (by e-mail) by China Scooter Onderdelen.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

1.3 China Scooter Onderdelen is not liable for price changes, typographical errors, or inaccuracies on the website. Furthermore, no rights can be derived from products that are not (or no longer) in stock.

Article 2 - The Agreement

2.0 An agreement is concluded as soon as the order confirmation has been sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer, regardless of whether the order was placed via the website or by telephone.

2.1 The customer has the right to cancel an order within 36 hours of placing it by sending an email to ppgad@pucrs.br.

2.2 It is possible to exchange a product, provided it is undamaged, unused, and not assembled. In addition, the customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal).

Article 3 – Products, offers and prices

3.0 All prices on the website are listed in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

3.1 Products are available while stocks last.

3.2 All delivered products remain the property of China Scooter Onderdelen until full payment has been received.

Article 4 – Payments

4.0 Payment can be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash payment upon pickup
  • iDEAL or credit card via the webshop

4.1 Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the ordered item.

Article 5 – Delivery time and delivery

5.0 Orders are processed as soon as possible. China Scooter Onderdelen aims to ship orders within 48 hours (on business days).

5.1 From the moment the order is handed over to the carrier, the transport risk lies with the customer.

Article 6 – Returns

6.0 If you receive an incorrectly delivered item, you must report this within 24 hours of receipt. In that case, China Scooter Onderdelen will reimburse the return costs.

6.1 If you have ordered the wrong item yourself, you may return it within 14 days, provided it is unused, unassembled, and undamaged. In this case, the return costs are at the customer's expense.

6.2 If an order is delivered incomplete, you must report this via email within 48 hours of receipt. In that case, China Scooter Onderdelen will arrange for the subsequent delivery of the missing product.

6.3 If a product is defective, it must be returned. The return costs and the shipment of a replacement product are at the expense of China Scooter Onderdelen.

6.4 You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Upon receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

6.5 Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned complete, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

6.6 Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. China Scooter Onderdelen is not liable for loss or damage during transport. Always retain your proof of shipment.

6.7 Always include the packing slip, invoice, or return form with a return shipment. Without this information, the return cannot be processed.

6.8 If China Scooter Onderdelen has delivered an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a return label so that you can return the item free of charge.

Article 7 – Liability, warranty and repair

7.1 China Scooter Onderdelen guarantees that products are delivered in good condition and function properly. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

7.2 China Scooter Onderdelen is not liable for any form of consequential damage.

7.3 The use of certain products is at your own risk and may not be permitted on public roads, unless bearing an E-mark.

7.4 The warranty expires upon resale of the product. The warranty is granted exclusively to the original purchaser.

8.1 All photos, videos, and content on the website are protected by copyright. It is not permitted to use or distribute them without permission.
