👉 If you order on business days before 15:00 PM, you can usually expect to receive your order the next business day.

In addition, we work with reliable carriers such as DPD and PostNL, so that your order is delivered safely and quickly.

📩 How does Track & Trace work?

As soon as your order has been processed and packed, you will first receive an email from us stating that the order is complete and ready for shipment.

After that, you will automatically receive a second email in the evening directly from DPD or PostNL with your personal Track & Trace code.

With this code you can easily:

• Track the shipment live
• View the expected delivery time
• Notify the carrier of any changes

This way, you always know exactly where your package is.

📲 Download the PostNL and DPD app

We recommend downloading the official PostNL and/or DPD app. This will allow you to receive immediate notifications about your package.

With the apps you can, among other things:

• Track the package's location live
• Pass on changes to the delivery driver
• Adjust a delivery time
• Have the package sent to a parcel point
• Receive push notifications for updates

In addition, you can often see more accurately what time your order will be delivered.

👉 We strongly recommend this, especially for more expensive orders.

⏱️ Delivery time of DPD and PostNL

In most cases, your package will be delivered the next working day. However, the delivery time may sometimes vary due to:

• Busy at the carrier
• Holidays
• Bad weather conditions
• Delays with DPD or PostNL

Additionally, larger or non-standard packages may sometimes take slightly longer to arrive.

👉 Once the package has been registered with DPD or PostNL, further delivery is in the hands of the carrier.

📦 Order not received yet?

Have you received a Track & Trace number but haven't received your package yet? Then first check the status via the DPD or PostNL Track & Trace link.

In addition, we advise you to:

• To check the mailbox
• To ask the neighbors
• To view the delivery status clearly
• To check the PostNL or DPD app

Sometimes, for example, a package is at a parcel pick-up point or the delivery has been moved.
