📩 How does Track & Trace work?

As soon as your order has been processed and packed, you will first receive an email from us stating that the order is complete and ready for shipment.

After that, you will automatically receive a second email in the evening directly from DPD or PostNL with your personal Track & Trace code.

With this code you can easily:

• Track your shipment live via the PostNL and DPD app. You can download the delivery services' apps free of charge from your Play Store or App Store and easily track your package. 
• View the expected delivery time
• Notify the carrier of any changes

This way, you always know exactly where your order is.

We recommend the official app of PostNL and / or DPD to download. As a result, you receive immediate notifications about your package.

With the apps you can, among other things:

• Track the package's location live
• Pass on changes to the delivery driver
• Adjust a delivery time
• Have the package sent to a parcel point
• Receive push notifications for updates

In addition, you can often see more accurately what time your order will be delivered.

⏱️ Delivery time of DPD and PostNL

In most cases, your package will be delivered the next working day. However, the delivery time may sometimes vary due to:

• Busy at the carrier
• Holidays
• Bad weather conditions
• Delays with DPD or PostNL

Additionally, larger or non-standard packages may sometimes take slightly longer to arrive.

👉 Once the package has been registered with DPD or PostNL, further delivery is in the hands of the carrier.

📦 Order not received yet?

Have you received a Track & Trace number but haven't received your package yet? Then first check the status via the DPD or PostNL Track & Trace link. In the app, or on the carrier's website.

In addition, we advise you to:

Sometimes, for example, a package is at a parcel pick-up point or the delivery has been moved.
