This can have several causes.

1. The odometer of the retro scooter has not been calibrated and has a deviation of 5 km upwards.

3. The boundary wire of your pulse generator is disconnected.
4. Any vari rings or intake manifold restrictors have been removed.
5. Pulse generator transmits wrong signal.
6. For the sake of clarity, the CDI acts as a slave for the pulse generator, CDI receives the command from the pulse generator to which it responds.
7. If your scooter runs faster than 45 km per hour, it will fall not covered under warranty. And we will exchange the CDI not for, and we do not give refunds either!
