Improved CDI with remote control
This improved CDI unit with remote control limiter makes it easy to switch between 25 km/h (limited) and 65 km/h (unlimited). This CDI unlimited is suitable for all Chinese 4-stroke scooters with double connections (4 pins + 2 pins) and a 12 inch rim. This part is made in the same factory as the original and looks exactly the same. The CDI has no wire or antenna that can betray the CDI. The remote control has a range of no less than 30m.
Important information
Only suitable for Euro 2 scooters (made until 2017). If you have a Euro 4 scooter (all scooters from 2018) then you have a ECU or a Speed converter. Before ordering, please check the current CDI with the description and connections in the photo.

Use
- The limiter is automatically ON when starting
- To unlock the scooter (to 65 km/h), click on button A while driving
- To reactivate the limitation, click on button B or switch the scooter off and on
Possible problems
If your scooter runs faster than 25 km/h after installing this CDI unit, there may be a few causes:
- Non-calibrated km counter that has an upward deviation of 5 km/h
- Your scooter does not have 12 inch rims
- The limiting wire of your pulse generator is disconnected
- Any vari rings or intake manifold restrictors have been removed
- Pulse generator transmits wrong signal.
