Right of withdrawal (Cooling-off period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt to cancel without giving a reason. After registering your return, you have once again 14 days the time to actually return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email with your order number and the products you wish to return.

💰 Refund

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full purchase amount. within 14 days refund via the same payment method.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the products in good condition.

📦 Return conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must:

• To be complete
• to be undamaged
• Only to be judged as you would in a store
• To be in the original packaging (if reasonably possible)

⚠️ If the product is used, assembled, or damaged, we cannot depreciation charge.

🚚 Return costs

The costs for returning your order are for own account.

We advise you to always send your return shipment with track & trace and to keep the proof of shipment safe until the refund is completed.

📝 Return procedure

Follow the steps below to process your return correctly:

1. Register your return via email (with order number)
2. Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Attach the return form, packing slip, or invoice
4. Send the package with a shipping service of your choice

❌ Incorrectly ordered product

Did you accidentally order the wrong product? Then you can return it according to the conditions above. The return costs are at your own expense in this case.

⚠️ Incorrectly delivered or defective product

Have you received an incorrect or defective product? Please contact us as soon as possible.

In that case:

• You will receive a return label from us
• Will the return costs be reimbursed by us?
• We will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

🚫 Exceptions to returns

The following products cannot be returned (in full) or may be subject to depreciation:

• Products that are visibly mounted or used. (which is often the case with windscreens)
• Electronic components such as ECUs, CDIs, and limiters, if used, tested, or showing visible assembly damage, beyond normal assessment

These products can no longer be sold as new after use and will be returned.
