Right of Withdrawal & Returns

1. Cooling-off period

You have the right to return your order, in whole or in part, without giving any reason, up to 14 days after receipt. This is in accordance with the statutory cooling-off period for distance purchases.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, you will receive the full purchase amount back within 10 working days via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

2. Conditions for returns

Returns are only accepted when the products:

• To be complete
• To be unharmed
• Have not been used or assembled
• must be returned in the original packaging

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Returns

Return shipments are always at the buyer's risk. China Scooter Onderdelen is not liable for damaged or lost return shipments.

We therefore advise you to always keep a shipping receipt with Track & Trace until your return has been fully processed.

Always include one of the following documents with every return shipment:

• Packing slip
• Invoice
• return form

If possible, please also state the reason for the return.

4. Incorrect or defective product delivered

If we accidentally deliver an incorrect or defective product, we will of course cover the return costs.

In that case, you will receive a return label from DPD by email.

Guarantee

We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in good condition. However, it can happen that a product becomes defective or damaged during transport.

Under the statutory warranty, you must report a defect to us within a reasonable time after discovery.

If a product falls within the warranty conditions, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a suitable solution free of charge.
